U15 Rugby Continental Tyres Schools National Bowl win
We are proud to announce our U15 rugby team has reached the final of the Continental Tyres Schools National Bowl in a historic moment for Embley.
We hosted Gravesend Grammar School in the thrilling semi-final game, with both teams displaying exceptional skill and determination in a fiercely competitive match. The game culminated in a 20-12 victory for Embley, securing our place in the final. This year, 213 schools from across the country entered this prestigious tournament, and competing at this stage is a remarkable testament to the character, commitment, and talent of this group of players. They have truly earned their place among the very best at this level nationally.

What made the occasion even more special was the way the whole school community came together. The support from staff, students and families created an unforgettable atmosphere for the boys and showed exactly what Embley sport is all about.

Their journey to the final has been exceptional. The team completed the entire Autumn term unbeaten in their Saturday fixtures, an outstanding achievement that reflects both consistency and competitive resilience. Just before half term, they were crowned Hampshire Schools County Champions, a title secured through disciplined performances and genuine team unity. Throughout the National Bowl campaign, the players have shown composure under pressure, courage in key moments and an unwavering belief in one another. We wish them the very best in the final to be held at the Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club on Wednesday 18 March.
