Our open events and personalised visits are designed to show you our school in the most authentic way possible – through our wonderful children and passionate staff. Come and learn how we make the Embley experience - and the possibilities it produces - incredible for girls and boys, day and boarding pupils alike.

Open events

Nursery, Pre-School & Reception Open House - Friday 25 April & Friday 16 May

Drop in between 09:00 and 10:30 and visit our Nursery, Pre-School and Reception classrooms. Our Head of Prep and Early Years team will be on hand to show you around and answer all your questions while the children play and enjoy some fun learning activities.

Whether you’re still considering options for September 2025 or looking futher ahead for the ideal learning environment for your child, this is a wonderful opportunity for you to come and explore Embley.

Prep School Open Morning - Thursday 8 May (09:00 to 10:30)

Our wonderful children and passionate staff will be delighted to welcome you to an open morning at our Prep. 

• Hear from our Head of Prep School.
• Step inside lessons and explore our school site with an Embley Year 6 pupil as your guide. 
• Ask lots of questions to our pupils and staff.

Senior School Open Evening - Thursday 22 May (17:30-19:30)

A great way for the whole family to learn more about Embley and the huge range of exciting learning experiences and opportunities that we offer. 

• Enjoy a hands-on experience of Embley where your child can get involved in experiments, performances and activities. 
• Find out more about the subjects your child is interested in. 
• Our Heads of Department, ably assisted by students, will show you how learning takes many forms at Embley. 

You will be able to get all your questions answered; our Headmaster, Deputy Heads, Directors of Studies, Heads of Year, Director of Sport and Admissions team will be available throughout the night. 

Please note that the Headmaster does not provide a formal presentation at this event - for this, please book to attend on eof our open mornings as well.
