Prep School Open Morning 

Our wonderful children and passionate staff will be delighted to welcome you to an open morning at our Embley Nursery, Pre-School and Prep School so that you can experience our school on a typical school day. 

• Hear from our Head of Prep School.
• Step inside lessons and explore our school site with an Embley Year 6 pupil as your guide and ask lots of questions to our pupils and staff.

Senior School Open Evening

Our Senior School Open Evening is a great way for the whole family to learn more about us and the huge range of exciting learning experiences and opportunities that we offer our students as they begin their journey to GCSEs, A Levels and beyond. 

• Enjoy a hands-on experience of Embley where your child can get involved in experiments, performances and activities.
• Find out more about the subjects your child is interested in.
• Our Heads of Department, ably assisted by students, will show you how learning takes many forms at Embley.
• Get all your questions answered; our Headmaster, Deputy Heads, Director of Studies, Heads of Year, Director of Sport and the Admissions Team will be available all evening.

Please note that the Headmaster does not provide a formal presentation at this event – for this, please book to attend one of our open mornings as well.

Small group tours

The prospect of joining a new school alongside friends can influence a family's decision-making process. Choosing the right school is about having a sense of belonging and your child being able to see themselves at the school with friends and a wider community. 

Alongside our open mornings and individual visits, we can also offer small group tours for friendship groups and their parents. These visits provide a relaxed and shared experience, allowing children to explore Embley together and begin to picture their future as part of our community. For families who are unable to attend one of the open events listed, or for those moving into the area or looking at a more immediate start, we can offer individual tours of our Nursery & Pre-School, Prep, Senior School and Sixth Form at a time that suits your family.
