We are proud to share Embley has been named the STEER Education 'Through School of the Year’ in recognition of our consistently high quality use of STEER over the last academic year.
Identifying which pupils need support isn’t always easy. STEER tracking is an innovative tool that helps us spot needs early so we can provide the right help at the right time. Students complete a short, simple and safe online assessment three times a year, which tracks how they make choices in four areas vital for healthy development. This helps us identify those who may need extra guidance in making positive choices that improve wellbeing, friendships, and academic progress.
