Confidence on the water | Embley School, Hampshire

We were excited to launch our Embley Adventure Award for Year 4 with an outward-bound residential trip to Horseshoe Lake in Sandhurst.

The trip was a fantastic opportunity for pupils to challenge themselves through bespoke activities led by experienced and supportive staff. The children developed their confidence on the water and in a range of different crafts through activities including paddle boarding, dragon boat racing, canoeing and raft building. The two day and one night residential also nurtured the children’s sense of responsibility, independence and confidence as they were introduced to camping overnight away from home.
