What a fantastic start to the term for our boarders! The weeks have absolutely flown by, filled with laughter, adventure and new friendships. As one boarder put it, “It feels like one big family already!”
Our returning boarders have warmly welcomed the new members of our community, and everyone has settled brilliantly into the school routine. Weekends have been action-packed with activities that balance excitement, culture and the great outdoors. Highlights so far include:
- A fascinating visit to the Titanic Museum
- High-energy paintball battles
- Exploring the beauty of the New Forest
- Ten-pin bowling
- A trip to Winchester for shopping and a tour of the magnificent cathedral
- Mountain biking through Moors Valley’s trails
- Toasting marshmallows and sharing stories around a campfire on the Headmaster’s lawn
- And a thrill-filled day at Thorpe Park, where laughter and screams of delight echoed all day!
It has been a joy to see our boarders embracing every opportunity with enthusiasm. With such a great start, we can’t wait to see what the rest of the year brings!
