Army Leadership Challenge

Embley cadets recently took part in the Army Leadership Challenge at Longmoor Camp.

They participated in a series of challenges led by different regiments within the British Army designed to build leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Activities included learning how to detect IEDs, practising field craft, and foraging for different mushrooms. Cadets also had the opportunity to explore a range of high-tech military equipment including an infrared imaging camera used for surveillance. A particular highlight of the camp was the camouflage and concealment task, which challenged our cadets to blend into the bracken and set up a snake trap.
