Nursery's Easter adventures

Embley Nursery and Pre-School pupils have been busy exploring some very exciting places.

They travelled to the Royal Victoria Country Park and joined in with some fun activities based on the story ‘Owl Babies’ by Martin Waddell and Patrick Benson. They ventured on an owl hunt around the park before working together to gather nature’s treasures to build a giant leafy owl and create cosy nests. The children and staff loved eating their lunch in the beautiful Chapel and exploring the grounds before heading back to Embley.

During the Easter holidays, the children also went on a special trip to Peppa Pig World at Paultons Park. Despite the wet weather, they enjoyed testing out the different rides and attractions, with the boat ride being a particular favourite. By the afternoon the sun was shining and Peppa herself even greeted the children with a special wave!

Nursery and Pre-School are looking forward to their trip to the Hillier Gardens in May, as well as enjoying more time outside as the weather gets warmer.
