As part of a global STEM programme, our students are benefiting from a robotics programme and gaining real-world problem-solving experiences.
Some of our Senior School students took part in the regional First Lego League Competition earlier this month. Congratulations to Team 2 who won the Robot Design trophy.
Developing their critical thinking, creativity, coding, design and teamwork skills, students in our First Lego League Robotics Club meet weekly after school as part of our co-curricular programme. Over recent months the students have been preparing for this competition, which took place at Beaulieu Motor Museum, by building and programming their Lego robot to navigate missions. Each team also participated in a research project where they identified and solved a real-world problem.
