Artist Workshop

Students in Year 8 enjoyed an artist in residence day with Hampshire based artist Jenny Muncaster. Jenny is acclaimed for producing vibrant energetic paintings on canvas or gesso board in acrylic and mixed media, which she exhibits and sells internationally. The students spent the day learning a range of new techniques and discovering more about Jenny’s career as a professional artist. With guidance from Jenny, the students used acrylic paint to experiment with pattern, texture and colour and each produced a piece of original artwork.
